Seven Gables Hot Sauce

20,000+ Scoville Estimate. In December 2023 we started aging premium cane vinegar inside of a freshly dumped bourbon barrel. We now have the most delicious aged vinegar on the planet. The Seven Gables hot sauce uses fresh green and red cowhorn cayennes, bourbon barrel aged vinegar, sweet onions, and a small dash of Carolina Reapers for a boost of heat. We recommend enjoying with a fresh sourdough bread or crackers to best experience the flavor.

Named after the landmark 1929 building in Shelby, NC as a testament to craftsmanship, this is by far our most time consuming hot sauce ever. We think it's worth it. Others do too.
